Why is hoarding essential on a construction site?
Under The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, there must be secure fencing or hoarding around a construction site to ensure the safety of the general public in the surrounding area. The other benefit being it keeps unwanted intruders off the site.
Can you quote for installation as well as sale of hoarding?
Should installation be required we can provide an additional quote to do so, just email us at sales@plas-shop.com for a bespoke price.
Are there different types of hoarding?
We offer internal and external hoarding which can be viewed in further detail in the shop.
Why is the Plasloc system made from uPVC not timber like traditional systems?
We use our patented uPVC hoarding system. Highly durable and requiring no ground penetration because it’s an interlocking system. This system is lighter, cleaner, re-useable and reduces the volume of conventional timber hoardings going to landfill.
Can I hire hoardings as opposed to buying them?
Our system is available for purchase via Plas-Shop. However we can offer hire with full installation via our sister company Plasloc.
What are the dimensions for the Hoarding?
The dimensions of our standard panels in our hoarding system are 300mm (width) x 2400mm (height). Each panel weighs 5.25kg.
Are safety clearances needed for hoardings?
You should always carry out your own internal site risk assessments. We will provide you with an e-system fitting guide with your order.
Can a graphic be added to the system?
We can put you in touch with a reputable company who can provide a quote for adding graphics to your purchase.

When can I expect my delivery?
We aim to have all deliveries reach our customers in 2-3 working days. For international deliveries please allow additional time.
